4、 Product function description:
1、Iron exists in the state of Fe2+ in water, and Fe2+ ion is very easy to pollute ion exchange resin, making resin toxic and reducing exchange capacity. After being heated, it is very easy to generate iron scale on the heating surface, affecting heat transfer and corrosion equipment. Groundwater containing excess iron, or well water, has peculiar smell in water.The iron and manganese removal filter USES the REDOX reaction of MnO2 contained in natural manganese sand with Fe2+ to make Fe2+.After Fe3+ is changed and Fe (OH) 3 is precipitated, it is removed with the backwash function of the filter.
2. After aeration of iron bearing groundwater, it is filtered by the natural superior manganese sand series filter material of our company. The oxidation reaction of iron in the water can be completed rapidly in the filter layer, and the iron is retained in the filter layer at the same time, so as to complete the whole iron removal process.
3. After aeration of manganese bearing groundwater, it is filtered by a series of natural high-grade manganese sand filter media, which makes the hydroxides of high manganese gradually attach to the surface of the filter media, so that the bivalent manganese in the water is oxidized to high manganese to be removed.
4. The pump pumps the groundwater into the aeration device.
5. The aeration device uses the residual pressure of the well pump to fully mix the oxygen in the air with the well water containing iron and manganese ions.
6. The aerated well water passes through the filter layer in the filter:
① Physical adsorption and retention of filter material,
② Autocatalytic oxidation of iron oxide film on the surface of filter material,
③ Biological oxidation of iron and manganese bacteria in the filter.
Through the joint action of the above three forms, iron and manganese ions in the well water are solidified in the filter layer to complete the filtration process.
7. The filtered clear water enters the water supply system.
8. After the iron and manganese trapped in the filter reaches the designed capacity, the back cleaning system will automatically start, and the oxide of the iron and manganese trapped will be discharged from the filter through the shunt pipe.
