4、 Product Description:
1、EDI is a combination of electrodialysis and ion exchange each other together in addition to the new technology of salt, this process takes electrodialysis and ion exchange, both short offset each other, it is using ion exchange can deep desalting to overcome polarization and electrodialysis desalination is not complete, and use of electrodialysis polarization and water and electricity produced from H + and OH - ions to realize automatic resin regeneration to overcome the defect of resin by chemical regeneration after failure, and therefore EDI technology is a kind of perfect desalination technology.
2. In the EDI desalting process, the ions in the water and the hydroxide ions or hydrogen ions in the ion exchange resin are exchanged, and then these ions are transferred into the concentrated water;
3. The above exchange reaction takes place in the fresh water chamber of the module. In the fresh water chamber, the hydrogen ion in the anion exchange resin exchanges with the anion in the water, and the hydrogen ion in the cation exchange resin exchanges with the cation in the water;
4. Under the action of direct current, the exchanged ions migrate along the surface of resin ball and enter the concentrated water chamber through ion exchange;
5. The anions with negative charge are attracted by the anode, and these ions enter into the adjacent concentrated water chamber through the negative membrane, while the adjacent positive membrane does not allow them to pass through,

7. When the water flows through the fresh water chamber and the concentrated water chamber, the ions gradually enter into the adjacent concentrated water chamber from the fresh water chamber, and are carried out of the EDI module by the concentrated water;
