Flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry
(1) Direct method.
Method feed. After the metal ions in the water sample are atomized, they absorb the resonance lines from the hollow cathode lamp of the same metal elements (copper,324.7nm; Lead, 283.3 nm; Iron, 248.3 nm; Manganese, 279.5 nm; Zinc, 213, 9 nm; Cadmium,228.8nm, etc.), the amount of absorption resonance lines is proportional to the amount of this element in the sample. Under the condition of other conditions unchanged, according to the absorption of the measured spectral line intensity, compared with the standard series quantitative.
This method is suitable for the determination of scope: copper 0.2 ~ 5. Omg/L, iron 0.3 ~ 5. Omg/L, manganese 0.1 ~ 3. Omg/L, zinc 0.05 ~ 1.0 mg/L, copper 0.05 ~ 2. Omg/L, lead 1.0 ~ 20 mg/Lo2 reagent. The pure water used is deionized distilled water.
a. Various metal ion standards: ferrostatic standard reserve solution [p(Fe)=1mg/ml]. Weigh 1.000g pure iron powder [Fe content more than 99.9%] or 1.4300g iron oxide (Fe0, pure grade), add 100ml nitric acid solution (1+1), slowly heat and add hydrochloric acid (pa=1.19g/ml) to help dissolve, (reverse osmosis equipment) until completely dissolved, add pure water and volume to 1000ml.
b) Copper standard reserve solution [p(Cu)=lmg/mlJ. Weigh 1.000g pure copper powder [Cu content more than 99.9%], dissolve in 15ml nitric acid solution (1+1), and volume with pure water to 1000ml.
c) Manganese standard reserve solution [p(Mn)=1mg/ml]. Weigh 1.2912g manganese oxide (Mn0, superior pure) or 1.000g manganese metal [Mn content is more than 99.], add nitric acid solution (1+1) to dissolve, with pure water to 1,000ml.
d) Zinc standard reserve solution [p(Zn)=lmg/ml]. Weigh 1.0000g of pure zinc [the content of Zn is more than 99.9%] and dissolve in 20ml nitric acid solution (1+1), and volume with pure water to 1000ml. Zhongguanzhou I0 good sticky room when the In0E building
e) Cadmium standard reserve solution [p(Cd)=Img/ml]. Weigh 1.000g pure copper powder, dissolve in 5ml nitric acid solution (1+1), and use pure water to volume to 1000ml.
